Please Note

Waxing has a risk of lifting skin. There is a huge difference in burning and skin lifting. If you are experiencing dry skin or have been exposed to the outdoors (wind and sun) you should notify me at the time of service.

If you are currently taking any medications that can alter the skin or using cosmetic products for the treatment of acne and aging or pigment control, I should be notified to ensure the safest approach to your service.

Never use a topical exfoliant for example Retin-A or Glycolic acid for 24-48 hours before and after waxing.

If you typically break out after waxing I can use several techniques to minimize it. Please discuss this with me at the time of your service.

Please Note

For smoother and more successful results it is recommended to grow body hair to one eighth or one quarter of an inch (5mm) in length before your waxing appointment. The amount of time it takes to grow hair to the desired length depends on how fast your hair grows and there is no guaranteed standard time.

For a special occasion or trip schedule your appointment the week of. For example have your wax done Thursday for a Saturday departure to Hawaii.
